Terms and Conditions

● Please place order at least 3 working days before delivery or pick up date.

● Order through Internet will only be accepted after confirmation by Lucullus, and it must be paid by Credit Card. Order cannot be cancelled and payment will not be refunded once the order has been accepted.

● In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any fruit ingredients by seasonal fruits.

● Delivery Charge per location (No delivery service will be arrange for Outlying Islands.) :

● Free delivery service is provided for pick up ordered goods at Lucullus Gourmet Shops

● When typhoon signal No.8 or above / black rain signal is hoisted. Pick-up orders can be taken from the corresponding shop within 1 hour after the above signal is hoisted, or If the above signal is lowered before 3pm, please call up our Customer Service Hotline at 2922 7055 / 2798 1205 or the corresponding shop 2 hours after the signal was lowered. Otherwise, please phone-in the next day for further arrangements.

● Lucullus will take no responsibility should late delivery be caused by force majeure events. Invoice will be void if customers fail to pick up the ordered goods within the agreed period. The payment will not be refunded.

● All terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Lucullus reserves all the rights to make final decision on all matters of dispute.
