Order Terms & Conditions:
- For order placed in shops, please allow 3 days in advance. For order placed in LUCULLUS e-shop, please allow 5 days in advance.
- Once the order is completed, no cancellation, refund or change on cake sizes or flavours will be catered.
- Some of our products may contain egg, alcohol, soy, nut or dairy products. If you have any concern, please reach our front line staffs or contact us at (852) 2798 1205 and we shall advise you on your choice.
- Please keep the cakes refrigerated at 0 - 4°C and consume on the day of pickup for optimum quality.
- Subject to actual weather conditions, delivery and pick up services may be suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted. Customers can reschedule the delivery or pick up date after normal business operation resume by calling the store or customer hotline at (852) 2798 1205.
- All photos are for reference only.
- Gainble International Development Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
Pick-up in Store
- Orders can be collected at any LUCULLUS store in Hong Kong from 1:30pm. Please contact our stores If you would like to pick up earlier. To know more about the contact method, please refer to Find a Store.
- Please present confirmation email or receipt upon picking up the ordered product(s). The order will be cancelled and no refund will be made if the product(s) is/ are not picked up on the designated date.
Delivery
- Delivery service is only available within store operating hours.
- Delivery service is not applicable to gift voucher.
- For online order below HK$700, delivery service can be arranged with additional HK$120. For order upon HK$700 or above, complimentary delivery service for a single location will be provided.
- Delivery service is not available to remote areas and outlying islands, including Sai Kung, Tung Chung, The Airport, Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, squatter area, walled villages, small houses, temporary housing area or public areas etc.
- If delivery is delayed or cancelled due to traffic, weather or other factors, LUCULLUS shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
