Pick-up in Store
Orders may be collected at any LUCULLUS store in Hong Kong, depending on the store operating hours. Please refer to our Store List for more information.
Delivery
Delivery service is only available within store operating hours ( From 12:00pm to 6:00pm* ) .For order above HK$500, delivery service can be arranged with additional HK$80. For order above HK$700, complimentary delivery service for a single location is provided.
No delivery service will be arranged for Sai Kung, Tung Chung, The Airport, Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Squatter area, Walled villages, Small houses, Temporary housing area, Piers, Parks, Sports arenas, Outlying islands, Construction sites or Public areas.
- The above policy is only appliable to online order, and not applicable to in-store pre order service.
EXCHANGE POLICY: REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online.
